Grand Station at Centerra is a major lifestyle development proposed for Loveland, Colorado. The 110-acre, LEED certified, mixed use development will feature an energizing mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, hospitality, Class A office, and living opportunities in a master planned and themed environment. The project is centered around the Grand Square, a central gathering spot that offers a stage/pavilion, children’s play area, plaza with interactive water feature, and many other site amenities. Developed by the McWhinney Group, Centerra’s master developer, construction on Grand Station is scheduled to start in 2009.

Terrasan brings rich commercial site design experience to this project. Working collaboratively with the McWhinney Group, Terrasan will be responsible for the development of a landscape master plan, overall landscape design, landscape construction documents, consultant coordination and construction observation. The goal will be to create an inviting lifestyle environment that provides diverse and exciting opportunities to live, work and play.

Located in the heart of Denver’s Riverfront Park is The Park | ONE Riverfront , an urban residential building. With eighteen upscale loft residences, this desirable location offers a distinct community to call home, while providing easy access to diverse downtown offerings – sporting events, museums, concerts, dining, parks and shopping.

The landscaping at The Park | ONE Riverfront was designed to enhance the contemporary, urban luxury offered by the development. Trees, flowers and paving elements were carefully selected by Terrasan to reflect the sophisticated lifestyle of the area.

Riverfront Park, developed by East West Partners, is the residential center of downtown Denver. Overlooking the South Platte River and Commons Park, this urban master planned neighborhood offers lofts, condominiums, and apartments. Shops and services are also available for residents and visitors. It is the perfect location for those who want a distinctly residential neighborhood to call home and the convenience of being able to walk to all that downtown life has to offer.

The Park | ONE Riverfront is the latest urban residential project Terrasan has provided landscape architecture for. It joins our portfolio of Creekside Lofts, The Delgany and Riverfront Townhomes.

MAIN STREET STATION

Main Street Station is a mixed use commercial/residential development located in the resort town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Main Street Station functions as the major pedestrian and skier gateway to the Peak 9 Base of the Breckenridge Ski Area. Main Street Station offers an exciting destination in the heart of Breckenridge with easy access to the Quicksilver Super Chair. Project amenities include a private owners’ club, the Pioneer Club, which offers a member’s lounge, media room, ski valet and storage and a fitness center. An Olympic size swimming pool, nine hot tubs, outdoor ice skating, and a fire pit offer additional après ski activities.

This large scale project is planned to be phased over several years. Phase One development included three separate buildings centered around a pedestrian mall with retail shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants. Premium residential units are located above the retail plaza. Phase Two of the project brought an interval ownership property developed by Hyatt Hotels.

The final phase, Water House, is a luxury condominium development. Water House is comprised of two buildings containing 55 residences, and overlooks both Maggie Pond and the ski slopes of Breckenridge resort.

Landscape features at Main Street Station include a pedestrian river walk along the Blue River and an extension of the historic downtown Breckenridge streetscape and retail environment. The project will also bring a realignment of the existing Illinois Creek and the creation of new wetlands to replace disturbed habitat. Terrasan designed a comprehensive plan that links the new development with the adjacent ski area, the historic downtown core and the adjacent residential areas.
